Pickaxe Legends is developed by one person. There is no support desk, no form and no automated reply: you write, I read.

If you are reporting a problem, these four lines save a round trip:
- your iPhone or iPad model, and the iOS version;
- the game version, shown at the bottom of the “About” screen;
- what you were doing when it happened — which screen, which gesture;
- a screenshot, if the problem is visible.
For a suggestion, nothing in particular: just tell me what you are missing.
Response time
This is a personal project, not a company: I reply when I can — expect a few days. Every message gets read.
Your data
If you email me, I receive your email address and the contents of your message. I use them to reply to you, and for nothing else: no mailing list, no sharing with third parties. Messages are kept only as long as it takes to handle the request, then deleted — and you can ask me to do it straight away.
The game itself collects nothing: see the privacy policy.
